Nele Van De Keere is a registered generalist psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She offers a flexible therapeutic approach tailored to the individual. She creates a safe space where stories, feelings, thoughts and behaviours can unravel comfortably, allowing greater insight and clarity.

Nele has experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, poor sleep, physical pain, grief and loss, life transitions, developmental disorders, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and self-acceptance, life purpose and direction. She understands that self-inquiry is necessary for informed decision-making and personal growth and knows that individuals often find their own answers if they learn to listen carefully and with kindness. Nele can facilitate this experience and make suggestions where appropriate.

She is extensively trained in Mindfulness based therapies and her own meditation practice helps her maintain a kind and non-judgemental presence. Further she draws upon best practise therapeutic approaches including: Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Child Centred Play therapy, Systems therapy, Trauma and Grief Therapy, Creative (Music) Therapy, Solution Focussed and Psychodynamic therapy.

Nele has experience with individuals and groups ranging across the lifespan. She has worked in several schools with children and adolescents, in adult psychiatry, community health settings, private practice and research.

Nele can see children, adolescents and adults. Available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
