Rebecca is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She works hard to create a supportive and safe space for her clients and really enjoys the challenge of understanding the unique set of struggles, strengths, values and goals each person brings to therapy and tailoring sessions to meet those unique requirements.
Rebecca draws on evidence based modalities particularly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (including exposure therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
She has experience working with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship difficulties, trauma, poor sleep, anger management difficulties and cultural identity conflicts. She has a particular interest in helping people impacted by traumatic events.
